Temporary data such as authentication sessions, verification tokens, and data exports are retained in accordance with our security and data management practices and are automatically purged after their applicable expiration periods.

Third-Party Services

We use the following categories of third-party service providers to operate and improve the App. These providers may have access to your information only as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Database: We use Convex to store and process your account data, receipt information, and images on secure servers.
• Google Services: Receipt images you scan are processed using Google's artificial intelligence services to extract text and data from your receipts (OCR). Your receipt images are transmitted to Google for this processing.
• Payment & Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchase verification. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase-related data in connection with these services.
• Email Services: We use Resend to deliver transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and export notifications.
• App Store Platforms: Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. These platforms handle all payment processing and are subject to their own privacy policies.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Beyond the third-party services described above, we may share your information only in the following circumstances:
